By engaging Arctic Design Studios for creative, branding, digital, or consulting services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Service Commitment

Arctic Design Studios is committed to delivering professional creative and digital solutions with a strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Project deliverables will be developed in accordance with the agreed package scope, specifications, and approved direction.

Revision availability is determined by the selected service package or contractual agreement.

Revisions

Clients may request revisions within the limits outlined in their selected package.

Revisions apply solely to the approved concept and agreed project scope. Additional charges may apply for:

• Significant design alterations
• New concepts or redesign requests
• Expanded project scope or additional functionality
• Requests exceeding the included revision allowance

Revision timelines generally range between 48–72 business hours depending on project complexity and feedback requirements.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times for initial concepts or first-stage deliverables are typically between 48–72 business hours unless otherwise agreed.

Project timelines may vary depending on responsiveness, scope adjustments, and content availability.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
